1. Who we are

EremosHub is a software engineering studio brand operated by Jeremy David Sanchez and based in Poland. EremosHub develops mobile applications, web platforms, cloud backends, games and selected industrial data-capture systems.

2. Scope of these Terms

These Terms apply to:

• The public EremosHub website and its content.
• Project-inquiry and contact routes provided through the website.
• EremosHub mobile apps, games and digital products.
• HashForge and its virtual systems, purchases, ads and accounts.

Additional product rules, event rules, platform terms, purchase terms, privacy notices or signed project agreements may apply together with these Terms.

3. Acceptance

By accessing or using an EremosHub website, app, game or digital service, the user agrees to follow these Terms and any applicable platform rules. A person who does not agree should not use the relevant service.

4. Website information and professional services

Service descriptions, capabilities, case summaries, technology lists and delivery examples are provided for general information. They do not guarantee that every project will be accepted, delivered with the same stack or completed within a particular price or timeline.

A professional project becomes binding only through an accepted proposal, Statement of Work, contract, platform agreement or other written confirmation identifying the scope, price, responsibilities and payment terms.

5. Project inquiries and proposals

A person submitting a project inquiry should provide information they are permitted to share. EremosHub may review the request, ask clarifying questions, decline the opportunity or propose discovery, a prototype, an MVP or another phased approach.

Unless a separate confidentiality agreement exists, highly confidential source code, passwords, production credentials, regulated data or trade secrets should not be sent through an initial website or ordinary email inquiry.

6. Quotes, estimates and availability

Informal discussions, preliminary estimates and website content are not final quotations. A final price may depend on scope, integrations, platforms, deadlines, client materials, third-party services, technical risk and team availability.

EremosHub may assemble or expand a delivery team according to the project. No start date is guaranteed until it is confirmed in writing.

7. HashForge is a game simulation

HashForge is a mobile idle strategy game and crypto-mining fantasy simulator. It does not perform real cryptocurrency mining, does not use the device to mine cryptocurrency, does not generate real cryptocurrency and does not provide real cryptocurrency payouts.

Crypto names, virtual wallets, market-like values, mining pools, rewards, rigs, components and currencies are game elements used for entertainment, progression and strategy.

8. No financial or gambling service

EremosHub products are not banking, trading, brokerage, investment, cryptocurrency exchange, gambling or real-mining services. Nothing in HashForge is financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and virtual balances or rewards do not promise real-world value.

9. Accounts, installations and access

Some products may create internal installation IDs, user IDs, session references or account records to operate the service, synchronize progress, provide support, verify purchases and prevent abuse.

Users are responsible for protecting their devices, app-store accounts, recovery email and platform credentials. Users must not share access in a manner that compromises the product or another person.

10. Game progress and virtual resources

HashForge may include progress, virtual currencies, wallet values, talents, resources, components, inventory, boosters, themes, rewards, leagues, unlocks, events and offers.

These systems may be balanced, corrected, limited, reset or changed as the product evolves, especially during testing, pre-launch, LiveOps, security work, economy balancing or technical correction.

11. Virtual items and digital content

Virtual items, components, passes, cosmetics, boosters, offers and other digital benefits remain part of the relevant product. Unless applicable law or platform rules require otherwise, they have no real-world monetary value, cannot be withdrawn and do not represent ownership of cryptocurrency or physical assets.

12. In-app purchases and premium content

Some products may offer in-app purchases, premium content, passes, virtual items or limited-time offers. Payments are processed by the relevant app store or payment provider. EremosHub may verify the transaction before granting the digital entitlement.

13. Refunds and payment issues

Refunds, payment disputes, chargebacks and reversals may be governed by the store or payment provider used for the purchase. Users should follow the provider’s refund process and may contact EremosHub with the product name, approximate purchase date and safe transaction reference.

14. Advertising and rewarded ads

Some products may include optional advertising or rewarded ads. Rewards are granted only when the relevant ad provider and EremosHub product flow confirm that the required event occurred. Advertising availability may depend on consent, region, provider inventory and platform rules.

15. Acceptable use

Users must not:

• Cheat, automate, bot, tamper with or falsify product actions.
• Exploit bugs, duplicate rewards or bypass purchase verification.
• Attack, overload, scrape, spam or disrupt websites, apps, servers or databases.
• Access private systems, admin tools, hidden endpoints or restricted data without permission.
• Impersonate EremosHub, support personnel, clients, platforms or other users.
• Use the services for unlawful, harmful, deceptive or fraudulent activity.
• Submit malicious, infringing or unauthorized content through project or support communications.

16. Anti-cheat, anti-fraud and enforcement

EremosHub may use technical and operational controls to detect cheating, abuse, fraud, duplicate grants, invalid ad claims, suspicious purchases, impossible progress or attacks. Where reasonably necessary, EremosHub may reject claims, correct progress, remove duplicated rewards, restrict features, suspend access or take other protective action.

17. License to use public services

EremosHub grants users a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use its public websites, apps, games and digital services for lawful purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable platform rules.

18. Intellectual property

EremosHub websites, software, source code, user interfaces, product names, logos, game systems, visual designs, text, digital content and related materials are owned by EremosHub or the relevant licensors unless otherwise stated.

Client names, technology brands and organization marks shown in experience or ecosystem sections remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not transfer ownership or necessarily imply sponsorship of the EremosHub website.

19. Portfolio and delivery experience

EremosHub may describe capabilities and selected delivery experience while protecting confidential project details. A client name, organization mark or project detail will be presented only where EremosHub reasonably believes it has permission or a valid basis to do so.

Collaborative experience may be attributed to the EremosHub engineering team and the relevant delivery organization. It should not be interpreted as a claim that every displayed organization contracted directly with EremosHub.

20. User content and feedback

Users and prospective clients may send feedback, suggestions, bug reports, screenshots, requirements or support messages. They must have the right to share that material. Feedback may be used to improve products or services without an obligation to compensate the sender, unless a written agreement states otherwise.

21. Service availability and changes

Websites, apps, games, features, offers, events, content, rewards and services may be changed, suspended or removed. Maintenance, incidents, migrations, security work, provider outages, app-store review or development activity may affect availability.

22. Development, testing and pre-launch state

Some products may be in development, testing, closed testing, pre-launch or limited-release stages. Test ads, test purchases, development environments, placeholder values and non-production systems may be used before final release and do not represent permanent commercial availability.

23. Third-party services

EremosHub products and websites may rely on app stores, payment providers, advertising providers, hosting, cloud infrastructure, analytics, deployment, communication and support services. Those providers may apply their own terms and policies and may operate outside EremosHub’s direct control.

24. Privacy and data

The collection, use, storage, sharing and deletion of information is described in the EremosHub Privacy Policy.

25. Account and data deletion

Product users may request deletion through the Data Deletion page or by contacting support@eremoshub.com. Some records may be retained for security, fraud prevention, purchases, accounting, disputes, platform obligations or legal compliance.

26. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, public websites, apps, games and digital services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. EremosHub does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent availability of every feature or immediate correction of every issue.

Nothing in HashForge is real mining, financial advice, investment advice, tax advice or a promise of a real-world economic result.

27. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, EremosHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or loss-of-profit damages arising from public product use, inability to use a service, interruptions or changes. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Liability and remedies for professional client projects are governed by the applicable written agreement, not solely by these public Terms.

28. Changes to these Terms

EremosHub may update these Terms to reflect product, website, provider, platform, operational or legal changes. The revised version will be published here with an updated effective date.
