1. Who we are

Eremos Hub is an independent developer studio brand focused on mobile games, applications, websites, and digital products. HashForge is one of the current mobile game projects developed under the Eremos Hub brand.

2. Scope of these Terms

These Terms apply to Eremos Hub websites, mobile apps, games, and related digital services. They currently cover the public Eremos Hub website and the HashForge mobile game project.

If a future Eremos Hub product has its own terms, rules, offer terms, event rules, payment terms, or product-specific notices, those additional terms may apply together with these Terms.

3. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using Eremos Hub websites, apps, games, or digital services, you agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the relevant service.

Some features may also be subject to app store rules, platform terms, payment provider terms, advertising provider terms, or additional notices shown inside the app or website.

4. HashForge is a game simulation

HashForge is a mobile idle/tap game and crypto mining fantasy simulator. It does not perform real cryptocurrency mining, does not use your device to mine cryptocurrency, does not generate real cryptocurrency, and does not provide real cryptocurrency payouts.

Any crypto names, wallet balances, mining rewards, mining pools, market-like values, rigs, components, or currencies shown inside HashForge are virtual game elements used for entertainment, progression, collection, and gameplay strategy.

5. No financial or investment service

Eremos Hub products are not financial, banking, trading, brokerage, investment, cryptocurrency exchange, gambling, or real mining services. Nothing inside HashForge should be understood as financial advice, investment advice, real cryptocurrency income, or a promise of real-world value.

Virtual balances, virtual currencies, simulated wallet values, simulated mining outputs, rewards, game items, and digital content are part of the game experience unless explicitly stated otherwise by applicable platform rules or law.

6. Accounts, installation identifiers, and access

Some Eremos Hub products may create internal installation identifiers, user identifiers, session identifiers, or account-related references to operate the service, synchronize progress, provide support, verify purchases, prevent abuse, or maintain gameplay state.

Users are responsible for keeping their devices, app store accounts, email accounts, and platform credentials secure. Eremos Hub is not responsible for loss caused by unsafe device handling, account sharing, malware, unauthorized access, or user-side credential exposure.

7. Game progress and virtual resources

HashForge may include game progress, virtual currencies, virtual wallet values, talents, resources, components, inventory, boosters, themes, rewards, league data, unlocks, special offers, and other gameplay state.

These elements are part of the game experience and may be adjusted, balanced, reset, corrected, limited, or changed as the product evolves, especially during development, testing, live-ops, technical fixes, anti-abuse actions, or economy balancing.

8. Virtual items and digital content

Eremos Hub products may include virtual items, digital content, cosmetics, components, special packs, themes, boosters, passes, event rewards, premium content, or other in-game benefits.

Unless required by applicable law or platform rules, virtual items and digital content do not have real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, cannot be withdrawn, and do not represent ownership of real-world assets or cryptocurrency.

9. In-app purchases and premium content

Some Eremos Hub products may offer in-app purchases, premium content, limited-time offers, special packs, season or battle pass content, virtual items, or other digital benefits.

Payments are processed through third-party platforms such as Google Play, Apple App Store, or other payment providers when applicable. Eremos Hub does not directly process full payment card data inside the HashForge app.

After a purchase, Eremos Hub may need to verify the transaction through the relevant platform before delivering the associated digital content or in-game entitlement.

10. Refunds and purchase issues

Refunds, chargebacks, payment disputes, and payment reversals may be handled by the relevant app store or payment provider according to their own rules. Users should follow the refund process of the platform where the purchase was made.

If a user contacts Eremos Hub about a purchase issue, they should include the product name, app store platform, approximate purchase date, product purchased, user identifier if available, and any relevant transaction reference that can be safely shared.

11. Advertising and rewarded ads

Some Eremos Hub products may include optional advertising or rewarded ads. Rewarded ads are designed to provide limited in-game benefits when users choose to watch them.

Eremos Hub aims to use advertising as a complementary monetization system, not as a forced requirement to access the basic game experience. Advertising behavior may depend on user consent, platform rules, ad provider configuration, and regional requirements.

12. Acceptable use

Users must not abuse, exploit, disrupt, reverse engineer, attack, manipulate, or interfere with Eremos Hub websites, apps, games, servers, databases, payments, ads, economy, or support systems.

• Do not attempt to cheat, automate, bot, tamper with, or fake gameplay actions.
• Do not exploit bugs, duplicate rewards, bypass purchase verification, or abuse retries.
• Do not attack, overload, scrape, spam, or disrupt services.
• Do not impersonate Eremos Hub, support staff, app stores, or other users.
• Do not use the services for unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or fraudulent activity.
• Do not attempt to access private systems, admin tools, hidden endpoints, or restricted data.

13. Anti-cheat, anti-fraud, and enforcement

Eremos Hub may use technical and operational measures to detect cheating, abuse, fraud, duplicate grants, suspicious purchase behavior, invalid rewarded ad claims, exploit attempts, abnormal gameplay activity, or other activity that harms the product or other users.

If abuse is detected or reasonably suspected, Eremos Hub may restrict access, correct progress, remove duplicated rewards, block suspicious grants, suspend features, reject claims, or take other reasonable actions to protect the service, economy, users, and platform compliance.

14. License to use the services

Eremos Hub grants users a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use its websites, apps, games, and digital services for personal entertainment and lawful purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable platform rules.

Users do not acquire ownership of Eremos Hub software, source code, systems, game content, art, names, designs, lore, virtual items, or digital services by using the product or purchasing digital content.

15. Intellectual property

Eremos Hub websites, apps, games, user interfaces, logos, names, game systems, lore, visual designs, text, code, digital content, and related materials are owned by Eremos Hub or its licensors, unless otherwise stated.

Users may not copy, redistribute, sell, modify, publish, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Eremos Hub content except where explicitly permitted by Eremos Hub, platform rules, or applicable law.

16. User content and feedback

Users may send feedback, bug reports, suggestions, screenshots, comments, or support messages. By sending feedback or suggestions, users allow Eremos Hub to use them to improve, modify, design, balance, or develop products without requiring compensation.

Users should not submit content they do not have permission to share, nor content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, infringing, or misleading.

17. Service availability and changes

Eremos Hub products may change over time. Features, content, rewards, balance, prices, availability, events, live-ops, stores, virtual items, ads, and services may be added, modified, limited, suspended, or removed.

During development, testing, maintenance, incidents, migrations, outages, security work, app store review, or infrastructure changes, services may be unavailable or behave differently than expected.

18. Development, testing, and live-ops state

Some Eremos Hub products may be in development, testing, internal testing, limited release, or early live-ops stages. During these stages, content, economy, rewards, progression, purchases, ads, and availability may change more frequently.

Test environments, test ads, development purchases, fake verification flows, internal builds, and non-production systems may be used before public release. These testing systems do not represent final commercial availability.

19. Third-party services

Eremos Hub products may rely on third-party services such as app stores, payment providers, advertising providers, hosting providers, infrastructure providers, analytics or diagnostic tools, deployment tools, and support systems.

Third-party services may have their own terms, policies, and practices. Eremos Hub is not responsible for third-party services outside of its control, but aims to use providers that are appropriate for the product and feature being provided.

20. Privacy and data

The collection, use, storage, deletion, and sharing of data is explained in the Eremos Hub Privacy Policy. Users should review the Privacy Policy to understand how information may be processed in connection with websites, apps, games, purchases, ads, support, and services.

21. Data deletion

Users may request deletion of account-related or product-related data through the Data Deletion page or by contacting support@eremoshub.com.

Some records may be retained where necessary for fraud prevention, security, purchase verification, legal compliance, platform compliance, tax/accounting obligations, dispute resolution, or legitimate operational reasons.

22. Disclaimers

Eremos Hub services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Eremos Hub does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free services, permanent availability of all features, or that all issues will be resolved immediately.

Nothing in HashForge should be interpreted as real cryptocurrency mining, financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or a guaranteed real-world economic result.

23. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Eremos Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of, inability to use, changes to, or interruptions of its websites, apps, games, digital content, or services.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

24. Changes to these Terms

Eremos Hub may update these Terms from time to time to reflect product changes, new features, platform requirements, legal requirements, provider changes, or operational needs.

The updated version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
