Account and Data Deletion

This page explains how users can request deletion of account-related or product-related data for Eremos Hub products, including HashForge.

HashForge is a mobile game. Its crypto, wallet, mining, tokens, rewards, and component systems are virtual in-game features only. They do not represent real cryptocurrency, real financial services, real mining, investment, exchange, or cash-out functionality.

1. How to request account deletion

To request deletion of your HashForge account and associated data, contact Eremos Hub at support@eremoshub.com.

Please include the product name, for example HashForge, and a clear statement that you are requesting account deletion.

To help us identify the correct account, include your HashForge ID, user identifier, installation identifier, or recovery email if you have access to any of them.

2. Information to include

  • Product name: HashForge.
  • Your HashForge ID, user ID, or installation ID if available.
  • Your recovery email if you added one inside the app.
  • A short message saying that you want your account and data deleted.

3. What account deletion may include

When an account deletion request is verified and processed, we will delete or anonymize account-related data associated with the request where reasonably possible.

This may include player profile data, nickname, recovery email, gameplay progress, virtual wallet balances, in-game resources, inventory, components, unlocks, rewards, app activity records, and related account state.

4. Partial data deletion requests

Users may also request deletion or removal of specific optional data without deleting the entire account, such as a recovery email or nickname, when technically and reasonably possible.

Requests for partial deletion can be sent to support@eremoshub.com.

5. Consequences of account deletion

Deleting account-related gameplay data may result in permanent loss of progress, inventory, virtual balances, rewards, unlocks, purchase-linked entitlements, support history, and other account-related state.

After deletion is completed, some features may no longer be recoverable.

6. Limited retention

Some records may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, tax or accounting obligations, purchase verification, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, platform requirements, or other legitimate operational reasons.

For example, limited purchase records or anti-fraud records may be retained to prevent duplicate grants, chargeback abuse, or security incidents.

7. Response time

We aim to review deletion requests within a reasonable period after receiving enough information to identify the relevant account or installation.

We may ask for additional information when needed to verify that the request relates to the correct account.
