This Privacy Policy is prepared for Eremos Hub as an independent developer studio brand. It is designed to support public transparency, app store review, advertising setup, support workflows, and future product growth. It may be updated as products, features, providers, or legal requirements evolve.

1. Who we are

Eremos Hub is an independent developer studio brand focused on mobile games, applications, websites, and digital products. HashForge is one of the current mobile game projects developed under the Eremos Hub brand.

2. Scope of this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to Eremos Hub websites, mobile apps, games, and related digital services. It currently covers the public Eremos Hub website and the HashForge mobile game project.

If a future Eremos Hub product has its own privacy policy, product-specific privacy notice, or platform-specific disclosure, that document may apply in addition to this Privacy Policy.

3. HashForge simulation notice

HashForge is a mobile game and simulated crypto mining experience. It does not perform real cryptocurrency mining, does not use device CPU/GPU resources to mine cryptocurrency, does not generate real cryptocurrency, and does not provide real cryptocurrency payouts.

Any crypto names, wallet balances, mining rewards, mining pools, market-like values, rigs, components, or currencies shown inside HashForge are virtual in-game elements used for entertainment, progression, collection, strategy, and gameplay systems.

HashForge is not a financial, trading, banking, brokerage, investment, cryptocurrency exchange, or real mining service.

4. Information we may collect

Depending on the product, platform, feature, and user interaction, Eremos Hub may collect or process the following categories of information:

Installation and account identifiers: internal install identifiers, internal user identifiers, platform identifiers, app session identifiers, and account-related references used to operate the service.
Gameplay and progress data: taps, progression values, talents, in-game resources, virtual wallet balances, inventory, components, boosters, unlocks, themes, rewards, league-related data, and other gameplay state.
Device and technical data: platform, app version, operating system, device type, language, timestamps, connection status, diagnostic events, and technical logs used for operation, debugging, security, and support.
Purchase-related records: product identifiers, purchase references, transaction status, verification results, store transaction identifiers, and purchase-token hashes. Eremos Hub does not need to store full raw payment card data.
Advertising-related data: advertising identifiers, consent status, ad interaction information, rewarded ad claims, ad provider events, and other data processed by advertising SDKs or mediation partners.
Support communications: messages, screenshots, identifiers, email address if provided, and any information users voluntarily include when contacting support.
Website data: basic website access logs, browser/device information, cookies or similar technologies if enabled, and information needed to operate and secure the website.

5. Information provided directly by users

Users may voluntarily provide information when contacting support, submitting feedback, requesting data deletion, reporting bugs, participating in testing, or interacting with future community or promotional features.

Users should not send passwords, private payment card data, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information through normal support messages unless explicitly requested through a secure and appropriate process.

6. How we use information

Eremos Hub may use information for the following purposes:

To create, maintain, and validate game sessions.
To synchronize gameplay progress, inventory, wallet values, rewards, and unlocks.
To operate mobile apps, games, websites, and related services.

7. In-app purchases and payment-related data

HashForge may include in-app purchases, premium content, limited-time offers, special packs, virtual items, or other digital content. Payments are processed through third-party platforms such as Google Play or other app store/payment providers.

Eremos Hub may receive and store purchase-related metadata required to verify purchases, prevent duplicate delivery, handle support requests, audit grants, and deliver the correct in-game content. This may include product identifiers, purchase references, transaction identifiers, verification status, and hashed purchase tokens.

Eremos Hub does not process full payment card numbers directly through the HashForge app. Payment details are handled by the relevant app store or payment provider according to their own privacy policies and terms.

8. Advertising and rewarded ads

Some Eremos Hub products, including HashForge, may include optional advertising or rewarded ads. Rewarded ads are intended to provide limited in-game benefits when users choose to watch them. The core experience should not require users to watch ads to access basic gameplay.

Advertising may involve third-party ad providers, including Google AdMob and related services, once real advertising monetization is enabled. These providers may process advertising identifiers, consent signals, device information, ad impressions, clicks, rewarded ad events, and other advertising-related data according to their own policies.

Where required, the app may ask for consent or show privacy choices before requesting or showing personalized ads. Users may also have platform-level choices related to advertising identifiers, ad personalization, and tracking.

9. Third-party services

Eremos Hub may use third-party providers to operate apps, websites, payments, advertising, analytics, hosting, security, infrastructure, support, and app store distribution.

App stores and platforms: Google Play, Apple App Store, or similar distribution platforms.
Payments and purchases: Google Play Billing and any future app store or payment provider used for digital purchases.
Advertising: Google AdMob and any future ad mediation or advertising partners enabled by Eremos Hub.
Hosting and infrastructure: providers used to host websites, backend services, databases, static files, security layers, and deployment pipelines.
Developer tools: version control, deployment, monitoring, debugging, testing, and operational tools.

Third-party providers may process data under their own privacy policies. Eremos Hub aims to use providers that are appropriate for the service being provided and to limit data sharing to what is necessary for the relevant feature or obligation.

Eremos Hub does not sell personal and sensitive user data. Information may be shared only when reasonably necessary for operating products, delivering features, verifying purchases, providing advertising, maintaining security, complying with legal obligations, or responding to valid requests.

Information may be shared with platform operators, payment providers, advertising providers, infrastructure providers, support providers, analytics or diagnostic tools, legal authorities when required, or other service providers involved in operating the product.

Depending on the user’s location and applicable law, Eremos Hub may process information based on one or more legal bases, such as performance of a service requested by the user, legitimate interests, consent, compliance with legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, or protection of rights.

Certain advertising, analytics, tracking, or personalization features may require consent. If consent is required, Eremos Hub may request it through in-app dialogs, platform tools, or privacy choice interfaces.

12. Cookies and website technologies

Gameplay data may be retained while the user account or installation remains active, or while it is needed to maintain progress, rewards, inventory, purchases, logs, anti-fraud controls, or support records.

15. Data deletion and account deletion

Users may request deletion of account-related or product-related data through the Data Deletion page of this website. If the request relates to HashForge, users should include the product name, user identifier, installation identifier, and a clear statement that they are requesting data deletion.

Deleting account-related gameplay data may result in loss of access to previous progress, inventory, rewards, virtual balances, unlocks, purchase-linked entitlements, support history, and other account-related state.

Some information may be retained when necessary for fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, purchase verification, tax/accounting obligations, dispute resolution, platform obligations, or legitimate operational reasons.

16. Children and age restrictions

Eremos Hub products are not intentionally designed to collect personal information from children without appropriate legal basis, parental consent, or platform-compliant configuration where required. Age requirements may vary depending on the product, platform, region, and applicable law.

If Eremos Hub becomes aware that information has been collected from a child in a way that is not compliant with applicable requirements, reasonable steps will be taken to delete or handle the information appropriately.

Eremos Hub products may be accessed by users in different countries. Information may be processed or stored in countries other than the user’s country of residence, depending on hosting, app store, payment, advertising, support, and infrastructure providers.
