1. Who we are

EremosHub is a software engineering studio brand operated by Jeremy David Sanchez and based in Poland. EremosHub develops mobile applications, web platforms, cloud backends, games and selected industrial data-capture systems. HashForge is a proprietary mobile game developed under the EremosHub brand.

2. Scope of this Privacy Policy

This policy applies to:

• The public EremosHub website and its contact routes.
• Project inquiries, proposals, discovery discussions and client communications.
• EremosHub mobile apps, games and related digital services.
• HashForge account, gameplay, purchase, advertising and support workflows.

A specific product, client project or platform may provide an additional privacy notice. Where a signed agreement defines different roles or obligations for a client project, that agreement applies to the relevant processing.

3. HashForge simulation notice

HashForge is a mobile game and simulated crypto-mining experience. It does not perform real cryptocurrency mining, does not use device CPU or GPU resources to mine cryptocurrency, does not generate real cryptocurrency and does not provide real cryptocurrency payouts.

Crypto names, wallet balances, mining rewards, mining pools, market-like values, rigs, components and currencies shown inside HashForge are virtual game elements used for entertainment, progression, collection and strategy. HashForge is not a financial, banking, trading, brokerage, investment, exchange or real-mining service.

4. Website and project-inquiry information

When a person contacts EremosHub about a possible project, EremosHub may process information voluntarily provided in the communication, including:

• Name, email address, company, role, country and preferred language.
• Project description, desired platforms, target timeline and approximate budget.
• Business workflows, technical requirements, integrations and existing systems.
• Documents, screenshots, diagrams, links or files voluntarily shared for evaluation.
• Proposal history, meeting notes, follow-up status and commercial communications.

The current website project form prepares an email on the visitor’s device and does not independently store the form submission in an EremosHub website database.

5. Product, account and technical information

Depending on the product and feature, EremosHub may process:

• Installation and account identifiers: internal installation IDs, user IDs, session references and platform identifiers.
• Gameplay and progress data: taps, progression, talents, virtual balances, inventory, components, boosters, rewards, leagues and related state.
• Device and technical data: platform, app version, operating system, device type, language, timestamps, connection status and diagnostic events.
• Purchase records: product IDs, transaction references, verification status, store transaction IDs and hashed purchase tokens.
• Advertising data: advertising identifiers, consent status, impressions, rewarded-ad claims and provider events.
• Support communications: messages, screenshots, identifiers and information voluntarily supplied to investigate a request.

6. How information is used

EremosHub may use information to:

• Review project inquiries, prepare proposals and communicate about potential work.
• Plan, deliver, document and support contracted software projects.
• Operate websites, apps, games, accounts and related services.
• Synchronize progress, inventory, purchases, rewards and product state.
• Verify purchases and deliver digital content or entitlements.
• Provide optional rewarded advertising and consent choices.
• Detect abuse, fraud, cheating, duplicate grants and technical errors.
• Provide support, troubleshoot incidents and respond to privacy requests.
• Improve stability, security, performance, UX and product design.
• Comply with legal, contractual, accounting, platform and security obligations.

7. Legal bases

Depending on the context and applicable law, processing may be based on steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, compliance with legal obligations, fraud prevention, security or protection of rights.

Advertising, analytics, tracking or personalization features may require consent. Where required, EremosHub or the relevant platform may present consent or privacy-choice tools.

8. Client projects and delivery support

EremosHub may involve approved engineers, contractors or delivery collaborators when necessary to evaluate or deliver a project. Access should be limited to the information reasonably needed for the assigned work and may be subject to confidentiality, service-provider or data-processing obligations.

For projects requiring wider engineering capacity or industrial specialization, EremosHub may work with JC Servicios in Peru. Client data is not automatically shared; the scope, access and responsibilities depend on the project and applicable agreement.

9. In-app purchases and payment-related data

HashForge and other products may include in-app purchases, premium content, limited-time offers, virtual items or digital entitlements. Payments are processed by third-party platforms such as Google Play, Apple App Store or another stated payment provider.

EremosHub may receive transaction metadata required to verify purchases, prevent duplicate delivery, resolve support requests and grant the correct content. EremosHub does not need to process or store full payment-card numbers inside HashForge.

10. Advertising and rewarded ads

Some EremosHub products may include optional advertising or rewarded ads. Advertising providers may process consent signals, advertising identifiers, device information, impressions, clicks and rewarded-ad events according to their own policies.

Where required, the app may request consent or show privacy choices before personalized advertising or tracking is enabled. Platform-level privacy controls may also apply.

11. Third-party providers

EremosHub may use providers for:

• App distribution, including Google Play and Apple App Store.
• Payments, billing and purchase verification.
• Advertising, consent management and rewarded ads.
• Hosting, databases, cloud infrastructure, security and content delivery.
• Version control, deployment, monitoring, testing and diagnostics.
• Email, project communication, document exchange and support.

These providers may process data under their own policies. EremosHub aims to limit disclosure to what is reasonably necessary for the relevant service or obligation.

12. Data sharing

EremosHub does not sell personal and sensitive user data. Information may be disclosed to relevant providers, project personnel, professional advisers, platforms or public authorities when reasonably necessary to deliver a service, maintain security, comply with law, resolve a dispute or respond to a valid request.

13. International processing and transfers

EremosHub works internationally. Information may be processed or stored outside the person’s country of residence depending on hosting, app-store, payment, advertising, support and project-delivery arrangements.

Where required, EremosHub will aim to use appropriate contractual, organizational or provider safeguards for international transfers. Client projects may define additional transfer and access requirements in their agreements.

14. Cookies and website technologies

The public website may use technologies necessary for basic operation, security and delivery. The current commercial contact form prepares an email locally and does not require an EremosHub form-submission database.

If analytics, advertising pixels, embedded media, chat, external scheduling or other non-essential technologies are added, this policy and any required consent interface may be updated before those tools are enabled.

15. Security

EremosHub uses reasonable technical and organizational measures such as HTTPS, access controls, restricted secrets, environment separation, server-side validation and limited access to operational data. No transmission or storage method is perfectly secure.

Users and clients should not send passwords, full payment-card data, government IDs or highly sensitive information through ordinary email unless a secure process has been agreed.

16. Data retention

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, including project evaluation, contract delivery, support, product operation, security, purchase verification, accounting, dispute resolution and legal obligations.

Unsuccessful project inquiries may be retained for a reasonable follow-up and business-record period unless deletion is requested or a longer period is required. Product data may be retained while an account or installation remains active or while it is needed for security, purchases, anti-fraud controls, support or platform compliance.

17. Account and data deletion

Product users may request deletion through the Data Deletion page or by contacting support@eremoshub.com.

Project contacts may request deletion or correction of inquiry-related information by email. Some records may be retained when required for contracts, accounting, fraud prevention, security, purchase verification, disputes, platform obligations or other legitimate reasons.

18. Children and age restrictions

EremosHub products are not intentionally designed to collect personal information from children without an appropriate legal basis, parental consent or platform-compliant configuration where required. Product age requirements may vary by platform and region.

19. Rights and choices

Depending on location and applicable law, a person may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent or information about processing.

Requests should identify the relevant context, such as a project inquiry, HashForge account, installation ID or support conversation, so the correct information can be located.

20. Changes to this Privacy Policy

EremosHub may update this policy to reflect new products, project workflows, providers, platform requirements, legal requirements or operational changes. The updated version will be published here with a revised effective date.
